To us, each client is as unique as our team, and it’s important to learn how we can help, and meet each potential client to arrange a service and person who is a good fit for their unique home and situation. Our approach to setting up home care services is as follows.
Call 705-320-9990 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to ask questions and gain access to our schedule of fees for services. We like to ensure all interested parties have something in writing to refer to as they plan their home service experience. Any client who has Government Funded Home Care Support through the Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) are HST exempt.
Free one on one consultation. This can often take place in a matter of days as we recognize that when you need support, you often need it right away. The President or Customer Service Manager will report to your home and start to develop a service plan. The service plan includes everything from history to allergies, medications, to likes and dislikes. This helps Castle Keep determine which one of our qualified Team Members will be best suited to complete the service. Our team is unique as well, and each team member offers varying degrees of expertise in certain areas. We pride ourselves on matching our team with clients for the best experience ensuring they have similar interests and the skill set required.
Schedule and Service Plan complete. Within a week after receiving the first call or email Castle Keep will have a schedule in place ensuring good continuity of care with our team, accommodating dates and times that have been selected by the client or decision maker. At Castle Keep we work around subsidized care (CCAC), and only report to a home when we are asked to do so. Our team knows from their first visit about any pertinent information such as emergency protocol, medications, substitute decisions makers, and even the name of a beloved pet, prior to knocking at the door. And all too often depending on the need and demand on time, they have already met the individual and have an idea of what to expect.
Monthly scheduling and billing. At Castle Keep clients are only billed for time worked. So our billing cycles are reflective of this. If we are sent home early, the invoice reflects that. If a client wishes us to stay longer or accommodate a new request, that’s what we do. We can invoice a power of attorney or the client themselves. Castle Keep posts schedules for one month at a time as it’s always easier to call off a service then booking additional services.
